Boarding Rate:
$15.00/per day
Charges are by Calendar days. Day In and Day Out are each counted as separate days.
I agree to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep my kennel premises sanitary and properly enclosed.
The dog is to be fed properly and regularly and to be housed in clean, safe quarters.
All dogs are boarded, handled or cared for by me without liability on my part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons, other dogs, or property by said dog, or other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.
If this animal becomes seriously ill or injured, the owner will be notified at once. If the owner can not be reached, or does not inform me immediately regarding measures to be taken, or if the state of the pets health demands quick action, I shall have the right to call a Veterinarian as designated above, or of my choice. Any expenses are to be paid by the owner of the animal.
If any charges for medical, boarding or Veterinarian services are not paid in full, or if the pet is not called for within 20 days after the pick-up date above, and no further arrangements have been agreed on in writing, the animal will be sold and NO refunds of any kind will be given.
