Carefully read my Contract and my Policies below - failure to do so does not change them.

I require half of the purchase price for deposit to hold a puppy.

The deposit is to hold the puppy of your choice. It is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE, unless the

puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care.  I WILL NOT HOLD A PUPPY WITHOUT A DEPOSITFar too many people change their mind and I lose potential buyers/good homes because they think the puppy is sold and will purchase elsewhere. Once a puppy becomes available, he/she will remain available until a deposit has been received. Upon receiving a definite yes from you, I will hold the puppy for a maximum of 3 business days if you choose to send a Money Order(send it certified/3 day delivery). The deposit will be deducted from the purchase price of the puppy.  NOTE:  If using a credit card thru Paypal, the fees are NOT deducted from the balance due.  I prefer that no further payments be made until after the puppies have been Vet checked.

If you have been approved of for a puppy, please print out a copy of the  Deposit Contract

to send with your payment.  Fill in your info and sign.  I will fill in the rest and send you

back a copy.  If you are using Paypal, please send the Deposit Contract separately.

I only accept Cash, United States Postal Money Orders or Paypal(Instant payment only - NO E-Checks).

Add 4% to the total for the fee if you are paying thru Paypal with a Credit Card.
There are no fees if you use your bank account and pay thru Friends & Family.

Final Payment MUST BE IN CASH if you pay the remaining
balance due when you pick your puppy up - NO EXCEPTIONS.

All puppies stay here until 9-12 weeks of age. Tiny puppies may have to stay longer.  I will
not let a puppy go to his/her new home until they are eating and drinking okay on their own.

I retain the right to choose the best home for my puppies and refuse any sale for any reason.
I also retain the right to refund a deposit and terminate a sale if I feel there is a reason to do so.

I will not place Chihuahua puppies/adults into homes with young children. Chihuahuas DO NOT make
good pets for young Children.  Even a well meaning child can drop or step on a young Chihuahua
puppy and cause serious injury or even death. Repeated mis-treatment will usually lead to fear biting.
Larger dogs or cats may be okay if they are calm/well mannered.  Keep in mind, most Chihuahua
puppies are around 2-3 lbs when they go to their new homes and this is a VERY tiny puppy.

Retired adults are only placed into mature homes with securely fenced in yards(no underground fences).

Pet Puppies are sold with Limited AKC Papers on Spay/Neuter Contracts only.
Occasionally we have Show/Breeding Prospects available to approved Show homes only.
