The Buyer: ___________________________________________ agrees to place a  NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE  deposit of $________.00  on the puppy of their choice.  The Buyer understands that the deposit is non-refundable and not transferable, unless the puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care. Please note that if a puppy has any hypoglycemic issues, he/she will need to stay here until around 16 weeks of age - this is NOT considered an illness as this is a common issue in Chihuahuas.  A deposit will NOT be refunded due to hypoglycemia issues.

The Buyer understands that Seller can terminate a sale and refund a deposit at anytime if we feel there is any reason to do so.

Breeder:  I will accept this deposit to hold said puppy until he/she is ready to go to his/her new home. If this puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care, the Buyer has the option of transferring the deposit to another puppy/litter, or I will refund his/her deposit.
