When you email us to inquire about a puppy/dog that we have available, please tell us something
about yourself/your family, other pets etc., or fill out a Puppy/Waiting List Application.
Our puppies are available to approved homes only.
Puppies are not available for viewing until they have had their first vaccination.
I require a $200.00 Deposit to hold a puppy.
Deposit Contract
The deposit is to hold the puppy of your choice. It is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE,
unless the puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care. I will not hold a puppy without a
deposit. This also means, if I am speaking to two people(that have been approved) at the same
time, on the same puppy, the puppy will be placed with the first person that gives me a definite
yes and sends a deposit. Too many people change their mind later and I lose potential
buyers/good homes because they think the puppy has been sold and purchase elsewhere.
The deposit is deducted from the purchase price of the puppy.
NOTE: If using Paypal, the Fees are NOT deducted from the balance due.
I prefer that no further payments be made until after the puppies have been Vet checked.
I accept Cash, United States Postal Money Orders or Paypal.
Add 4% to the total for the fee if using Paypal(example - deposit would be $208.00)
Final payment MUST BE IN CASH if you pay the remaining
balance due when you pick your puppy up at my home - NO EXCEPTIONS.
I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
Puppies normally stay here until 9-10 weeks of age, tiny puppies will have to stay longer.
Puppies have to be eating and drinking okay on their own before I will let them go.
Due to their small size, we will not sell our Chihuahua puppies into
homes that have large dogs, young children or aggressive cats.
We retain the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
We also retain the right to refund a deposit and terminate a sale if we feel there is a reason to do so.
Pet Puppies are sold with Limited AKC Papers on spay/neuter contracts only.
Show/Breeding Prospects are available occasionally to small show/hobby breeders only.
Guaranteed Show Puppies are available on a limited basis to proven show homes only.

I can meet you part way(up to 5 hours round trip for me) but I do charge round trip to
do so. Price will depend on what type of vehicle I have and what the current gas prices are.
The puppy and the travel expenses must be paid for in full before I will meet with you.
Sorry, I do not offer shipping on Pet Puppies.
