Sorry, I do not allow people to come see puppies until they have received their first
vaccinations(8-9 weeks). It puts them at too much of a risk from something being brought in.
I require a $200.00 deposit to hold a puppy.
The deposit is to hold the puppy of your choice. It is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE,
unless the puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care. I will not hold a puppy without a deposit.
This also means, if I am speaking to two people(that have been approved) at the same time, on the same puppy, the puppy will be placed with the first person that gives me a definite yes and sends a deposit. Too many people change their mind later and I lose potential buyers/good homes because they think the puppy has been sold and purchase elsewhere. The deposit is deducted from the purchase price of the puppy.

PLEASE - take note of the above statement and realize that I am serious!
If you come to pick up your puppy and hand me a check, I will hand it
right back to you and the puppy will have to stay here, so be prepared to go
home empty handed and have to make another trip back here! NO EXCEPTIONS!
I accept Cash or Postal Money Orders.
I can accept Paypal for deposits(Instant Payment Only - NO E-Checks),
If you have to use Paypal, add 5% to the total(Deposit would be $210.00).
Full balance, including any travel costs, is to be paid BEFORE I meet you with
your puppy(if we have arranged to meet part way). Sorry, NO exceptions.
If you are picking your puppy up at my home, final payment MUST BE IN CASH -
NOTE: I WILL NOT ACCEPT A PERSONAL CHECK!!
Puppies will stay here until they are around 9-10 weeks of age. Chihuahua puppies
have to be eating and drinking okay on their own before I will let them go.
There will be a $5.00/day boarding fee applied to any puppy that is not picked up when
he/she is ready to go. Any extra shots/wormings and Veterinarian costs will be added in as well.
Due to their small size, we will not sell our Chihuahua puppies
into homes that have large dogs or young children.
We retain the right to refuse any sale for any reason.
We also retain the right to refund a deposit and terminate
a sale if we feel there is a reason to do so.
ALL pet puppies are sold on Spay/Neuter contracts only.
Show prospects are available on a limited basis to PROVEN show homes only.
I can travel part way to meet you(up to 3 hours one way), but I do charge
ROUND TRIP for this service. Prices will change with the cost of gas,
what type of car I have, etc, but here are some examples below:
Bangor Area - Free
Newport - $25.00
Waterville or Belfast - $40.00
Medway or Augusta - $60.00
Topsham/Brunswick - $80.00

PLEASE....
When you make an appointment with a breeder to view a puppy or pick up your puppy, please have the courtesy to arrive on time or call to cancel or re-book the appointment. Our time is valuable and we have other things we could be doing other than waiting for a no show....
Also, when you make an appointment to come to our home, DO NOT "window shop" on your way here! If you pick up something, such as Parvo, on your trip to the Pet Store, other breeders, Shelters etc., you will bring it here and our puppies could die from it.
