Please read my Policies & Contract - failure to do so does not change them:
I require a $300.00 Deposit to hold a puppy that is priced at $1000.00 or
less and a $500.00 Deposit to hold a puppy that is priced over $1000.00
The deposit is to hold the puppy of your choice. It is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE,
unless the puppy dies or becomes seriously ill while in my care. I will not hold a puppy/dog without
a deposit. Too many people change their mind later and I lose potential buyers/good homes because
they think the puppy has been sold and purchase elsewhere. Upon receiving a definite yes from you, I
will hold the puppy for a maximum of 3 business days, if you choose not to use Paypal. This will give
you enough time to mail a Money Order. The deposit amount is deducted from the purchase price of
the puppy. NOTE: If using Paypal, the Fees are NOT deducted from the balance due.
I prefer that no further payments are made until the puppies have been Vet Checked.
I accept Cash, United States Postal Money Orders or Paypal(NO E-Checks).
Add 4% to the total for the fee if using Paypal.
Final Payment MUST BE IN CASH if you pay the remaining
balance due when you pick your puppy up - NO EXCEPTIONS.
I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHECKS OR PERSONAL CHECKS.
Due to their small size, I do not sell my Chihuahuas into homes that have young
children. Chihuahuas DO NOT make good pets for young children. Even a gentle,
well-meaning child can easily drop or step on a young puppy and severely injure
him/her. Repeated mis-treatment will usually lead to aggression and/or fear biting.
Larger Dogs and Cats may be okay if they are older/calm/well behaved and supervised.
I do not allow visitors until the puppies have had at least one vaccine. There is
too much risk of something being brought in that could harm/kill the entire litter.
All puppies stay here until 10 - 12 weeks of age - some puppies may have to stay longer.
I will not let a puppy leave here until he/she is eating and drinking okay on their own.
Extremely tiny puppies are placed into mature homes only where someone is home all day.
Preference will be given to homes that are experienced in the care of these fragile babies.
I retain the right to choose the best home for my puppies and refuse any sale for any reason.
I also retain the right to refund a deposit and terminate a sale if I feel there is a reason to do so.
Pet puppies are sold with NO AKC Papers or Limited AKC Papers on Spay/Neuter Contracts Only.
Limited AKC Paperwork is not provided until proof of spay/neuter has been received.
Show/Breeding prospects(Full AKC) are available occasionally to approved Show Breeders only.
